Step 1: Design
Share artwork, reference views, target size, quantity per design, packaging and destination market. Identify which details are confirmed and which still need development support.
Step 2: Prototyping
Review the proposed sample scope, materials, construction and project schedule with our team. Confirm the development work and sample requirements before the first prototype is prepared.

Step 3: Feedback
Review the sample against your brief for shape, size, fabric, color, facial details, accessories and function. Send one consolidated list of requested changes, with marked photos where helpful.

Step 4: Refinement
Agree which changes will be made and whether they affect materials, sample cost or timing. Review the revised sample and keep a record of the version and remaining decisions.
Step 5: Approval
Confirm the final sample version and the agreed production specifications. Record approved size, construction, materials, artwork, accessories, labels and packaging before bulk production is arranged.
Step 6: Material Confirmation
Check that bulk materials and components match the approved specifications. Material choices are reviewed during sampling; this step confirms them for production and records any agreed substitutions.
Step 7: Production
Confirm quantity per design, order requirements and the production schedule. Any change after approval should be reviewed for its effect on the sample, quotation and delivery plan.
Step 8: Quality Control
Agree the inspection scope and acceptance criteria for the project. Checks should refer to the approved sample and specifications, including appearance, dimensions, stitching, accessories and packaging as applicable.
Step 9: Shipping
Confirm the delivery address, packing requirements, shipment method and required documents. Review the dispatch arrangements and distinguish production completion from arrival at your destination.
Keep One Approved Project Reference
Keep the approved sample version, dated photos and agreed specifications together. Record any accepted differences, such as packaging that is approved separately. A change after approval should be reviewed and documented before production continues.
